Bass, The Goddamned Protoman

Working on some stuff for the Video Game Only content that will be showing up, in The Goddamned Protoman. A video game based on the hit Rock Opera Concept Albums by The Protomen... a Rock Opera Concept Album series based on a set of videos games... based on a japanese comic serial... based on the works of Isaac Asimov.

The idea for Bass is that he is from the foreign Eurasia, which Dr. Wily somehow goads The Protoman into toppling Dr. Cossack, despite Dr. Cossack generally being nice and decent. Bass was originally Dr. Cossack's son, whom Dr. Wily kidnapped for the purpose of turning him into an Oceania funded monster.

Bass isn't all together innocent either. While he is based on the teachings of Islam... he does have a bit of a temper, that would be commented. Which is what causes most of his troubles. It also allows Dr. Wily to move Bass around in a way that allows Bass to be viewed as an enemy of Oceania.

This is not a character that has shown up in any of The Protomen's works... but I really hope they present him in a way that completely contradicts my depiction of him.

Also, I will do my best to make an active effort to research the various teachings and traditions of Islam... as Bass is meant to be a sympathetic villain in a rather odd way. He is more an antihero, than an antivillain... and well, he isn't really that bad of a person... he is just being moved and forced around as the bad guy.
