Yeah... still figuring out how to layout these demonstrations of sprite work. When I have this one being animated (which I totes will be)... I'll want the standard small size and then the zoomed size... and maybe something indicating this is Burnination Emblamzors: Hive Bent... like some kind of pixel artwork graphic or something.
God dammit... I have an idea for that as well... it has the standard Fire Emblem font... but with it as Burnination Emblamzors... and then the subtitle font: Hive Bent. With COMMUNISM for weapons behind it. With Karkat's legendary sickle and John's Hammer of Zillyhoo crossed... or something. With maybe Trogdor on a burned shield. TROOOOGGGGDDDOOOOORRRRRRR!!!!!! -head bangs and flips the horns for a bit-
Either way... I'm going to be basing various characters movements in their battle animations on classes in Fire Emblem that largely are not what their Home Stuck class truly is. Since I love visual glitches in games, I will also have this be what their weapon sets are. With a sword becoming a cane with Terezi, becoming claws with Nepeta (based on Thief) and dice with Vriska (Tactician). I can do custom sprites based on Tactician as I'm doing these all by hand from scratch... so I can do stuff that never was in games that use a sprite set for their graphics.
Eitherway... doing the Myrmidon will be a fun bit of test animations stuff to get my pixel artwork muscles moving again. Myrmidon IS my favourite class. Hell... if possible I'd have an army comprising of all Myrmidon's and Pegasus Knights... and their various promotions. That is assuming I couldn't just have Taguile (Bunnykind) or Manakete...
Holly crap... Liz Taylor the bunny... could be done up like a Taguile with a Beaststone... o.o' naaaaarrrrfff! I'm going to have fun with this, naturally.
Oh... the palette is: bullshit palette. Right now, I'm not targeting any hardware for what the palette could work on. So yeah... rage on down in the comments about that.
